    contact your local bank or local development authority they will be able to get you in contact with a rep that will work with you on putting together a small business application, at no cost to you unless you get the loan, then it is only 2 or 3 %

    Go to the bank, they will be the ones that loan you the money. Just make sure you know if you want a personnal or business loan, because they are two different things, even though you wil still get money, but the interest rate is different.
