Can I get business loan in the United States to invest in Mexico?

I am an American citizen and am planning on moving to Mexico. I would like to know if I may be able to get a business loan if I am using it for business in Mexico or if that’s completely out of the question.

    You arent going to be able to get a loan unless you already have an operational business in the first place.
