    Your boss or supervisor needs to do that. Or in a big company, HR will give you a letter.

    Have your human resource officer or secretary wher eyou work to print out a copy of your employment. THis should show your date hired, rate of [pay, job title and description of work, and any reference you can get.
    They should be glad to Fax a copy to your bank.
