I am currently in the military and I get out in the middle of December. I am currently in the middle of starting up a Day Spa (Beauty Spa) for females (in Bahrain) and I have already invested about 85K in loans into the business. I have nearly excellent credit (which is why I got the loans) which I have maintained for about 14 years. Now, about seven weeks from opening, I foresee a shortage of about 30K. I have searched everywhere for another loan, to include the new Patriot Express Business Loan for the military, but, they will not loan for a business overseas. Also, the number of loans on my Credit Report doesn’t make it a great idea to apply for another one. In the first month, my projected revenue is 15K. This total will double itself over the next three months, which is why I know that someone either investing in my business, or granting me a loan, will receive back their loan in a short period, or their investment will be a positive one. I’m researching a used car. Kelly Blue Book and NADA guides state the value of the car at between $5500 and $6300. I’ve haggled the sale price down to $4800. However, the bank Ive spoken with about the loan says they can only loan $3500 on the car. Why is there such a discrepancy between the estimated value and loan value?

I am only 16 but i am planning on going into Business With my dad, however because he went bankrupt a few years ago he cant get a Business loan. Would it be poss able for me to get one at such a young age without any qualifications. If it helps i live in the UK and im looking for roughly 30 grand.
His bankrubsy was nothing to do with buisness, it was things going on in his private life.

I bought my home 4 years ago, and it appraised at $101,000. I bought it through a mortgage company, on a 30 year loan. Now that I can afford to pay a little more I’d like to redo my loan, and add my car payment on with it on a 15 year loan. The problem is that the mortgage company had a stipulation that they got to do my 2nd and 3rd mortgage, which they want to charge thousands of dollars in fees to do. Can I go through my local bank and do a home equity loan using my house as collaterol, and pay of the mortgage company?
